When steeped in warm to hot water, the butterfly pea flower turns the water blue. A few drops of lemon and the acid turns the blue tea into a purple color. Enjoy this woody and earthy taste paired with honey, stevia, or citrus slices. You can also create your unique tea mix with hibiscus or lemon grass.
