
BUTTERFLY PEA The flower is also known as bluebellvine, blue pea, darwin pea, or blue ternate flower.
When steeped in warm to hot water, the butterfly pea flower turns the water blue. A few drops of lemon and the acid turns the blue tea into a purple color. Enjoy this woody and earthy taste paired with honey, stevia, or citrus slices. You can also create your unique tea mix with hibiscus or lemon grass.

Serving Suggestion
- 220ml water at 90°C
- 1 teaspoon of tea
- Rinse in hot water for 5 seconds
- Steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste
